The minimum Order per shipment is: 10 boxes. our stock List changes every week, and will send it by E-mail, or faxed to you upon request.
All orders will be attendance in strictly order of arrival.
Discount in fish only, (it depends on season or if we have a previous agreement).
Documentation and Handling charges per shipment is US $75.00.
Payments: for new clients: advance payments only.

The maximum credit time is 7days after you received the shipment.(for registered clients only)
Payments will be made by telegraphic transfer (at least that we have a previous agreement ), please send to us the copy of the payment.
All expenses or fees for any bank transfer to our account must be paid by you.
If you receive any D.O.A. fish, you must inform immediately after received the shipment (maximum 24 hours later ),we will make honor this claims made in this period of time, claims that made out of this period of time will be not accepted.
Claims for delayed or externally damaged boxes must be present directly to the respective airline by yourself .
If you have notice to delay flight, shipment cannot be refused.
All claims must be return, by fish replace in your next shipment or deduct form the Invoice before the payment.
Claims that pass the value of: 80 US $ must be send attach with an instant photo by e-mail or fax and after by post. (otherwise it's impossible makes honor your claim). this is totally needful.
Shipment Freight Charges can arrange according to the customers requirement, it can be arrange on Freight collect basis or Prepaid basis.
